To strengthen spiritual understanding and encourage reflective learning among girls, Upanishad was launched as a national-level monthly project under the auspices of Akhil Bharatiya Terapanth Kanya Mandal (ABTKM) in November 2025.
The project aimed to simplify and internalize spiritual concepts through video-based expression, enabling participants to interpret Upanishadic values in their own words. Girls from various kshetras across India and abroad actively participated by creating and submitting short explanatory videos.
The initiative witnessed enthusiastic participation across all zones, demonstrating strong engagement and collective learning.

Through this project, participants developed clarity of thought, confidence in expression, spiritual awareness, and digital presentation skills, making Upanishad a meaningful blend of learning and creativity.
To formally introduce and explain the Upanishad project, an online Zoom Meet was organized on 8 November 2025.
The program commenced with a melodious rendition of the Navkar Mantra on violin by a Kanyamandal member, setting a serene and spiritual tone. This was followed by a detailed explanation of the Upanishad project objectives, structure, and participation guidelines.
An interactive online handkerchief painting activity was also conducted, which received immense appreciation and active participation from attendees.

The session successfully motivated girls nationwide and created clarity and enthusiasm for the project.
On the occasion of Diwali, a special Zoom Meet was organized on 18 October 2025 to spread awareness about the spiritual significance of Jain Diwali.
A short, impactful theatrical play performed by team members beautifully explained the essence of Jain Diwali. This was followed by a motivational address by Sumanji, inspiring girls to adopt Jain values in daily life.

The program successfully combined education, culture, and motivation, making Diwali celebrations spiritually enriching.
As the first creative assignment for Kanyamandal members, a national digital activity titled
“Make a Reel – How Do You Feel to Be Associated with Kanya Mandal” was launched.
Participants were encouraged to express their emotions, experiences, and sense of belonging through short reels. The activity received 52 creative entries from across India and the International Zone, covering all regions.
This project strengthened emotional bonding, organizational pride, creativity, and digital storytelling skills among participants while enhancing ABTKM’s digital presence.
To promote learning through fun and engagement, a Crossword Puzzle Activity was conducted for the November 2025 issue.

The activity encouraged mental agility, knowledge enhancement, and regular participation, making it highly popular among girls.
